Refund policy

Important: purchase a small sample order should you wish to try our products, variations, customisations etc.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We take great care to ensure that any of your requests and customisations are accurately reflected in the final product. However, variations in colour, design, or other minor details and variations may occur. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on such variations. If there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to address the issue to your satisfaction.
